I am an artist and art therapist living and working in the Boston area. My artwork is based on inner subjective experiences. I use visual metaphors in my imagery as a way to explore the meaning of my artwork and as a way to communicate in a shared visual language. In my life, I try to attend to the whimsy of my imagination and to nurture my creativity through my own artistic practice and through my work as an expressive arts therapist.

The focus and process of my artwork have been on relationships in my life that have changed me in some important way. I believe that people learn and grow in relation to one another and that art helps to connect people and build community. I hope to be able to make connections with people through art.
